According to Xia Zhilin, chairman of the Shandong Textile Industry Association, as a major province of textiles, the development of the garment industry in Shandong is lagging behind. Xia Zhilin believes that Shandong garment enterprises should focus on branding, change the status quo of the less-known brands, and increase the profitability of unit price products.
