Rescues non-woven material that absorbs oil during oil spill accidents. Oil-absorbing felts have the advantages of fast oil absorption, large oil absorption capacity, good retention, ability to float on the water surface, good oil and water exchangeability, and repeated use. Polypropylene melt-blown staple fiber was selected as the raw material, melt-blown non-woven process, melting, spinning, stacking into a net, and then chemically bonded or acupuncture reinforcement. Due to different oil suction targets, pp-1 and pp-2 are generally used to absorb linoleum. Pp is a polypropylene code, and No. 1 and No. 2 are two product specifications based on fiber thickness. Pp-1 absorption felt is mainly used for the adsorption of light oil, polypropylene fiber diameter of 15 ~ 30μm. In addition to the polypropylene melt-blown felt, it can also be used as a filter material, such as oil-water separation and filtration, waste oil regeneration filtration, particulate filtration and air filtration.
