At first, Wang Yongping said that it was precisely because of poor conditions at home that people needed to work hard. In 1986, Wang Yongping took his mother's hard-earned 1,000 dollars and went out to find his own pot of gold. In those days, the 1,000 yuan that my mother had accumulated was an amazing number for an ordinary family. Wang Yongping said that at that time, he thought he would go out and pick him up.

Saying goodbye to Sichuan's family and friends, Wang Yongping decided to embark on the road to entrepreneurship. The first stop was in the northeast. At that time, Anshan had a market that specialized in Textile Fabric transactions. And in the near future is the relatively famous textile industry cluster Xiliu Market. As a result, he just discovered the business opportunity at the age of sixteen or seven. He took a train from Anshan to Haicheng twice a week at 2:00 a.m. and made a transfer from Haicheng to Xiliu at four o'clock and purchased in Xiliu. The fabric was immediately shipped back to Anshan for sale.

“At that time, the people who bought and sold were all simple.” Wang Yongping recalled the slightly distant years. "I still remember there was a fabric for three bucks. When I came back, I sold three two or three bucks. When I got back, I sold out the light. When I got it back, I sold it. Then I went back to the store and repeated the process." The journey is very hard, but Wang Yongping does not feel tired. In this way, he astounded Guandong, Liaoning Anshan, Xiawei Weihai, and Ben Shaoxing Keqiao, keenly capturing the huge business opportunities in the textile industry, and specialized in producing suit fabrics using the most advanced rapier weaving machines at that time, directly supplying the Liaoning textile market and Shandong Textile market.

In 1999, Wang Yongping joined the wave of corporate reforms. He acquired Qingzhou Qingyuan Footwear Co., Ltd., a Sino-U.S. joint venture. In order to solve the resettlement work of hundreds of laid-off workers and ensure the interests of employees, Wang Yongping took almost everything and based on it. Founded the company and began producing Tambor down jackets.
